Prior to the publication of the updated edition of my book in 2021, one of the comments I that heard a lot from readers is that they would like to see more recipes using alternative sweeteners So, I am happy to share that the updated edition of my book includes an entire chapter on jams and jellies using alternative sweetners! In addition to recipes including honey and maple syrup, which are included throughout the book, the alternative sweetener chapter includes recipes that use agave, stevia, and monk fruit. Tripleberry jam sweetened with Stevia is one of my favorite recipes in that chapter, and you can catch me making it on TV in NewsCenter Maine’s207 Kitchen.
